My Backstory

A Canadian living in London. I received my MFA in Costume and Set Design for Theatre and Film from the University of British Columbia in 2014. I also have BA (Honours) in English Literature and Language, Drama and Biology from Queen's University in Kingston, Ontario. I am currently working in the West End as a Costume/Wardrobe Assistant, Maker and Dresser. My recent shows include: Be More Chill, School of Rock, Dragon Quest (Star Dancers Ballet, Japan), The Libertine, Guys and Dolls and The Rocky Horror Show. I enjoy exploring a wide variety of costuming areas in film & television and live theatre; costuming for dance and opera as well as musical theatre from detailed period work to abstract sci-fi and fantasy pieces. I have experience with costume buying, dressing, and costume making, tailoring, crafts, beadwork, mask work, armour, breakdown and dying.
